Thursday I test for 4th gup in Kumdo, the traditional Korean art of the sword. I know my stuff so I’m not nervous that way, but I am worried about my foot. i pulled a side tendon in my calf and it’s been giving me problems with that foot. I hope it doesn’t rear its ugly head during testing.
